Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, organized, and customer-focused Admin cum Reception Executive to manage the front office and provide administrative support at our Head Office. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the organization while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception
Welcome visitors, candidates, clients, and vendors with professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately.
Maintain visitor records and ensure visitor protocols are followed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Guest Hospitality
Arrange seating and refreshments for visitors and guests.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor appointments.




Ensure a pleasant experience for all guests visiting the office.

Courier & Dispatch Management
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
Maintain courier registers and dispatch records.
Track pending deliveries and coordinate with concerned teams.

Meeting Room Coordination
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
Ensure meeting rooms are properly arranged with stationery, water, and refreshments.
Check meeting rooms before and after meetings.

Office Administration & Housekeeping
Monitor office cleanliness, including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Coordinate daily housekeeping activities with office support staff.
Report maintenance or housekeeping issues to the Admin team.

Pantry Management
Monitor pantry inventory including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and other supplies.
Ensure timely replenishment and maintain cleanliness.
