Role Overview

We are looking for more than just a Teacher. We need a warm, nurturing, and responsible individual who can be a 'second mother' to our youngest learners providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children in Std 1 and 2 build strong academic foundations along with emotional and social confidence. This role is based at our recent CBSE school and is a unique opportunity to shape the earliest and most formative years of a child's school life.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Teaching & Management




Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons across subjects as per the CBSE curriculum for Std 1 and 2
Maintain complete responsibility for the class as the primary caregiver and teacher through the school day
Build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and language through activity-based and experiential learning
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and daily activities
Ensure the classroom is a clean, protected, welcoming, and well-organised space at all times

Student Engagement & Holistic Development
Nurture emotional security, discipline, and positive habits through patient, affectionate, and consistent care
Design and conduct creative activities, storytelling, rhymes, and play-based learning sessions
Collaborate with subject teachers and the school leadership to integrate co-curricular activities into daily routines
Organise and participate in events such as Annual
