Job description:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying the right creators, managing collaborations, developing content concepts, and ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management
Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Reach out to influencers for paid and barter collaborations.
Negotiate pricing, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
Maintain an organized influencer database and campaign tracker.

Campaign Execution




Plan and execute influencer campaigns from onboarding to content publishing.
Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely campaign execution.
Follow up with influencers to ensure content is delivered on schedule.
Review influencer content before publishing to ensure it meets brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the creative and performance marketing teams for campaign success.

Creative Direction & Scripting
Create detailed campaign briefs for influencers.
Write scripts, hooks, captions, key messaging, and CTAs for influencer content.
Share creative references, mood boards, competitor examples, and content inspiration.
Suggest trending reel ideas and content formats relevant to the brand.
Guide influencers on product showcasing, storytelling, and brand communication.
Ensure the final content aligns with the approved brief and brand guidelines.

Campaign Analysis
Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
