At Porcellia, performance marketing isn’t a back-office function. It’s a front-line growth engine. You’ll be working on high-AOV D2C brands in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle, where every experiment matters, every insight compounds, and every win scales rapid.

Your job is easy to describe, hard to master:

Make ads that scale profitably, repeatedly.

What you’ll actually do
Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across
Meta & Google
Translate raw performance data into
explicit actions and experiments
Build and maintain
creative testing frameworks

(hooks, formats, angles, audiences)
Work closely with designers, editors, and copy to create ads people stop scrolling for




Own core performance metrics:
CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR
Diagnose what’s broken, double down on what’s working, and kill what’s not
Stay sharp on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging ad formats
Think beyond “running ads” and contribute to
full-funnel growth strategy

Who is this role for
Junior Performance Marketers (1 - 2 years)
You’ve run real campaigns, not just certifications
