Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Performance Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance marketing tools, and a proven ability to maximize ROI through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Prepare and present weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Collaborate with creative, content,



and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
Experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Understanding of key PPC metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and ROAS.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
1–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC or Performance Marketing.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
