We are looking for a creative and energetic person to capture our projects, people and processes through high-quality photographs and videos.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a desk-only social-media position. The selected person will regularly visit project sites, factories and showrooms to photograph and film completed staircases, ongoing installations, manufacturing processes, customer experiences and team activities.

The person should be comfortable travelling extensively across Kerala and occasionally to Bangalore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Visit project sites and identify the best visual content opportunities
Capture professional-quality photographs and vertical videos
Shoot completed staircase walkthroughs, project transformations and installation processes
Record customer testimonials and short interviews
Capture factory processes, employee activities and behind-the-scenes content
Create Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts and other social-media content
Edit videos with suitable music, text, transitions and basic colour correction
Organize and maintain the company’s photo and video library
Coordinate with the sales, installation and marketing teams to plan site visits
Ensure a consistent, premium visual style across all Stairex content
Publish or hand over ready-to-post content according to the content calendar

REQUIRED SKILLS
Valuable sense of framing, lighting, composition and visual storytelling
Strong skills in mobile and/or skilled camera videography
