Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CMA qualified or equivalent qualified accounting qualification.
Experience working in an Audit Firm is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, VAT, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Minimum experience required for a Senior Accountant position.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
Handle bookkeeping,



reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, taxation, and statutory regulations.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit engagements.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:
CMA qualification or equivalent qualified accounting certification.
Previous experience in an Audit Firm.
Experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
