Lead the end-to-end design and development of fixed-wing, multirotor, VTOL, and hybrid UAV platforms.
Develop system architecture and ensure seamless integration of airframe, avionics, propulsion, payload, communication, and ground control systems.
Design and optimize UAV structures for performance, weight, reliability, and manufacturability.
Perform aerodynamic, structural, thermal, and vibration analyses using simulation tools.
Select and integrate propulsion systems, batteries, ESCs, motors, servos, GPS, telemetry, and sensors.
Collaborate with embedded, electronics, software, AI, and computer vision teams for complete UAV system integration.
Lead prototype development, assembly, validation, and qualification activities.
Plan and execute ground testing, flight testing, and system verification.
Analyze flight data, identify root causes of failures,



and implement corrective design improvements.
Prepare engineering documentation including design reports, BOMs, test procedures, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations, aviation standards, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams for product transition into production.
Mentor junior engineers and review engineering designs for quality and technical accuracy.
Evaluate emerging UAV technologies and recommend improvements for future products.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
