Experience: 3+ year in building material in specification sales (Laminates/ Tiles/ Furniture/ hardware/ elevator/ formwork etc)

Job Summary

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships, driving sales across assigned territories, and expanding the company’s presence in the building materials segment. The role involves working closely with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate business opportunities and ensure long-term partnerships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business development and sales generation across assigned areas by identifying potential clients and converting leads into business
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts including architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, builders, and developers
Specifying the products through architects, interior designers.
Drive product promotion through effective networking,



presentations, and regular client engagement
Identify recent business opportunities and unexplored markets to expand company reach and increase revenue
Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives
Manage and strengthen the sales and distribution network within the assigned territory
Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and retention
Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance market visibility and positioning
Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely submission of sales and progress reports
Ensure optimum utilization of resources and maintain cost efficiency in operations
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align
strategies with market trends
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
