Beauty Station is a premium organic salon specializing in luxury hair, skin, and wellness treatments. We are looking for an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products
Drive salon sales, memberships, and retail targets
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
Build robust client relationships and handle customer concerns
Lead, train, and motivate the salon team
Coordinate marketing activities and generate current business
Monitor inventory, hygiene, SOPs, and service quality
Track daily revenue, footfall, conversions, and performance KPIs

Requirements
10–15 years of salon management experience
Solid consultation, sales, leadership, and customer relationship skills
Good knowledge of hair, skin, and beauty services
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Well-groomed, professional,



and target-oriented
