Plan, organize, and supervise daily production and assembly activities.
Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate production and assembly teams.
Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to optimize productivity.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality assurance, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Identify prospects for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Maintain production records, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage inventory usage and minimize material losses and production downtime.
Resolve production issues and implement preventive measures.
Support current product introductions and process improvements.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with ISO, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other operational standards, where applicable.
