Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales Executive
Generate new business through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and references.
Build and maintain relationships with exporters, importers, and corporate clients.
Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.
Coordinate with pricing and operations teams for smooth shipment execution.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.

Documentation & Operations Executive




Handle export and import documentation for Air and Sea shipments.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
Prepare shipping documents including BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and smooth operational execution.

Eligibility
Experience: 2–5 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
Good understanding of Import & Export procedures, Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Customs Clearance.
Robust communication, coordination, and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills
Freight forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
Knowledge of Incoterms, Shipping Documentation, and Logistics Operations.
