Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies as per the daily call plan.
Promote the company's pharmaceutical products effectively and generate prescriptions.
Build and maintain robust skilled relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Conduct product detailing and explain product benefits with confidence and scientific knowledge.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the doctor and customer base.
Ensure regular follow-ups with doctors to strengthen product recall and prescription generation.
Organise and participate in CMEs, doctor meetings,



and promotional activities.
Maintain daily call reports, expense reports, and sales records accurately.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
Ensure timely collection of payments (where applicable) and coordinate with distributors and stockists.
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Confident personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
