Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Production, Service Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Administration.
Drive business growth by achieving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence.
Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
Improve manufacturing productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
Strengthen customer relationships and ensure exceptional after-sales support.
Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory, and organizational requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).

Experience:
10–15 years of industrial experience,



with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience managing production, industrial services, sales, HR, and administration in an engineering or manufacturing workplace.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
