Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to lead testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing, defect management, test planning, and validation of fixes, along with a ServiceNow official certification. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality ServiceNow solutions are delivered across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.




Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure application stability.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application quality.
Ensure all testing activities are completed within project timelines and quality standards.
Review requirements and provide input to improve testability and solution quality.
Coordinate UAT activities with business users and support production deployments.
Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status reports for project stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices within the team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
