Job Title: Room Service Steward
Department: Food & Beverage / Room Service
Reports To: Room Service Captain / Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:
To deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently, maintain service quality, and ensure guest satisfaction through timely and courteous room service.

Key Responsibilities:
Take room service orders from guests politely and accurately.
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms on time.
Set up room service trays and trolleys properly.
Check order items before delivery to ensure accuracy.
Collect used trays, dishes, and cutlery from guest rooms.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of trays, trolleys, and service areas.
Assist in storing, handling, and arranging room service items.
Coordinate with kitchen and front office for guest requests.




Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally.
Follow hotel service standards and safety procedures.

Skills Required:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Neat appearance and skilled behavior.
Ability to work quickly and politely.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Teamwork and time management.

Educational Qualification:
10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Hotel management or hospitality background preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
