Jai Shiv Traders is a rapid-growing solar, inverter and battery solutions company serving Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. We help homes and businesses reduce electricity bills through rooftop solar installations and energy backup solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Call customers who have shown interest in solar systems, batteries or inverters
Explain the perks of rooftop solar in simple Hindi
Qualify leads (electricity bill amount, roof availability, ownership, location)
Schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and updates
Requirements
12th pass / Graduate
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp Business
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, insurance, real estate, telecom or solar will be an advantage
