Role & responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Process cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and store credits according to company policies.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked checkout area.
Assist with bagging purchases and other customer service tasks as needed.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
