Job Summary

The Branch Sales Manager – Current Account is responsible for driving acquisition of Current Account (CA) customers, increasing CASA balances, and achieving branch sales targets. The role focuses on sourcing recent-to-bank customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, managing a sales team, and collaborating with branch and product teams to deliver superior customer service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Current Account acquisition through direct sales, referrals, and market sourcing.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Current Account and CASA targets.
Generate leads from local markets, business communities, SMEs, corporates, and professionals.
Build and maintain solid relationships with business customers to increase wallet share.




Cross-sell banking products such as Trade Finance, Cash Management Services, POS, Payment Solutions, Insurance, and Digital Banking.
Conduct regular customer meetings and identify prospects for account deepening.
Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of sales executives and relationship officers.
Ensure high-quality customer onboarding in compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
Track sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
Coordinate with branch operations and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and servicing.
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.
Maintain accurate sales MIS and submit periodic performance reports.
