Role & responsibilities
Valuable leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of sales, inventory management, merchandising, and computer applications (MS Excel, POS, ERP), with solid problem-solving and time management abilities.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum 35 years of experience in supermarket or retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Robust knowledge of sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
