We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Associate with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and closing sales while managing a team and ensuring excellent client servicing. This role demands leadership skills, a results-oriented approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, direct field visits, and building industry networks,
Develop, drive, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
Identify current business opportunities and grow the client base
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional strategies and campaigns
Conduct site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures




Prepare and submit sales reports to management on a regular basis
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving concerns swiftly
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings

Skills Required

Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry
Robust leadership skills and ability to drive a team towards achieving targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Deep knowledge of the real estate market, including regulatory guidelines and market dynamics
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
