Angroos Gifts Boutique is urgently hiring a Telecaller Executive to join our team in Kadavanthra, Kochi.
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-friendly individual who enjoys speaking with customers, handling enquiries, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into successful orders.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gifting products and gift hampers.
Explain product details, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and daily follow-up reports.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Coordinate with production, packing,
accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
Support showroom customers whenever required.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or retail is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
