Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in quality management, with 4–5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of quality standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., 7QC tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
Experience in quality systems implementation and managing audits (internal, customer, third-party).
Industry-specific certifications preferred (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE, ISO Lead Auditor). Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing customer quality requirements
