Role Description
The Ophthalmologist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including outpatient consultations, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of eye conditions such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal diseases, and refractive errors.



Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed eye examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, recommending treatment plans, and performing surgical procedures as required. The role involves pre- and post-operative care, patient counseling, and collaboration with optometrists, nursing staff, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and protected care. The Ophthalmologist will also contribute to maintaining clinical documentation, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and adhering to ethical and evidence-based practices. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Ophthalmology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of eye diseases.
Competence in Optometry-related assessments, including refraction, contact lens evaluation, and interpretation of common diagnostic tests.
