Job Summary:

As a Process Executive for the outbound voice process in our organization, you will play a crucial role in

representing our company to potential customers and delivering exceptional customer service. You will

be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and

meeting performance targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused

approach, and the ability to work in a agile, quick-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers with a focus on sales, lead generation, or customer

engagement, following the provided script and guidelines.
Present products/services in a persuasive and informative manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns,



and provide accurate information.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by

the company.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Generate and maintain reports related to call outcomes and performance metrics.
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Maintain a high level of quality in all interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in the required language(s).
Robust persuasion, negotiation abilities and basic computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
