This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and coordinate effectively with multiple digital partners to drive measurable business growth.

We are looking for a confident professional with a robust personality who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, communicating with agencies and influencers, and representing the brand on camera whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
Coordinate and manage external digital marketing agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance and ensure agencies meet agreed KPIs.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard current digital marketing agencies for existing and upcoming brands.

SEO & Website Management




Work closely with SEO agencies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze:
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Technical SEO
Core Web Vitals
Website indexing
Search Console performance
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Tag Manager
Keyword rankings
Backlink profile
Coordinate website updates with developers.
Ensure websites follow SEO best practices, user experience standards, and conversion optimization principles.
Understand domain management, hosting, SSL certificates, redirects, sitemap generation, robots.txt, schema markup, and website performance optimization.

Brand & Content Development
Work on branding initiatives for our mattress and sleep products.
Generate creative marketing campaigns and fresh content ideas.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
