About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented
Performance Marketing Executive
with
2+ years of hands-on experience
in managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, experience optimizing campaigns for ROI, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, budgeting, and optimization.
Track and improve key performance metrics such as
CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV
.
Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.




Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using
Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
2+ years
of proven experience in
Performance Marketing
or
Digital Marketing
.
Solid experience managing campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
Working knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads
,
YouTube Ads
, and
remarketing campaigns
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
,
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
, and campaign tracking.
