Role Description
The Customer Relations Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about projects, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.



The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing concerns, and following up on service requests to achieve high customer satisfaction. The Customer Relations Officer will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement in service quality. This position also includes documenting interactions, preparing basic reports on customer trends, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives with client-related insights.
