Role & responsibilities
Execute and monitor batch manufacturing as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR).
Control critical parameters like temperature, pressure, pH, vacuum, and reaction time across unit operations (reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying).
Fill out BMR, BPR, and equipment logbooks in real-time to maintain strict data integrity.
Ensure full compliance with EHS guidelines, GMP regulatory standards, and SOPs.
Report any process deviations or abnormal parameters immediately and assist in CAPA investigations.
