Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international voice process, representing TechSpire.ai professionally
Manage and service assigned client accounts, resolving queries and maintaining strong relationships
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets during night-shift hours
Accurately log call details, account updates, and follow-ups in internal systems
Escalate complex account issues to the appropriate team when needed
Requirements
Night shift, in-office (Mumbai, India)
Positive English communication skills with an American accent
Spanish language ability is an asset
