Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI (Draftsman Civil)
Certification in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman with 3–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate civil construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed civil drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Prepare layout plans, foundation plans, RCC detailing, sections, elevations, and site development drawings.
Revise drawings based on inputs from architects, structural engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP,



and architectural departments for drawing integration.
Maintain drawing revisions and document control as per company standards.
Ensure drawings comply with IS Codes, National Building Code (NBC), and project specifications.
Assist engineers in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation.
Resolve drawing-related queries from the site execution team.
Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules.
Maintain proper digital and hard-copy records of all project drawings.

Required Technical Skills
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Revit / BIM (Preferred)
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of RCC detailing and structural drawings
Positive understanding of construction methods and materials
Familiarity with IS Codes and construction standards
Drawing revision and document management
