We are looking for an R&D; Trainee to support the Research & Development team in formulation development, trials, and documentation. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in product development and laboratory practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in formulation development of recent products
Support in conducting trials, experiments, and sample preparation
Maintain accurate records of experiments and observations
Assist in stability studies and product evaluations
Ensure proper documentation as per regulatory and company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory
Follow SOPs, safety, and compliance guidelines
Coordinate with QA/QC for testing and validation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Basic knowledge of laboratory practices and documentation
Understanding of formulation concepts (preferred)
