Your mandate is explicit
Own end-to-end payroll accuracy and timely processing
Drive labour law compliance across all business locations
Ensure vendor compliance is complete and audit-ready
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Maintain disciplined documentation with zero compliance gaps
Protect the organization from payroll and statutory risks

This is not a payroll processing role. It is a governance, compliance, and business continuity role.
