Position Purpose:
The developer helps with the development of API-related information systems and contributes to ensuring its continuity through personal effort as part of a team or to a limited extent within the department to achieve short-term and occasionally medium-term goals.

They help in the development and realization of the software architecture as a contribution to high-quality software solutions in accordance with the applicable best practices (maintainable, protected, documented, scalable, testable and in accordance with the needs of the business area).

Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Several years of experience in analysis and troubleshooting of productions Incidents / issues.
Vulnerability Management with tools like NexusIQ/JFrog Xray/Artifactory/SonarQube
Robust communication skills and Englisch language proficiency comparable to CEFR level C1
Agile Software-Development (Scrum)

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience on Advance API development
7+ years of experience as software engineer

Spring-Boot/Cloud

Maven and Gradle
JPA, ORM, Transaction Managers, Hibernate
Monitoring & Observability with tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus
Familiar with topics around authentication/authorization (OAuth, IDPs e.g. KeyCloak)

API Management with tools like OpenAPI, Swagger and Spectral
CI/CD with Kubernetes or OpenShift
