We are a leading Construction & Real Estate company committed to delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee in office construction activities, ensure quality execution, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities to ensure timely project execution.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Plan and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Review construction drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.




Resolve technical issues at the site and coordinate with the design team for necessary revisions.
Verify measurements, billing quantities, and contractor work completion.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage through effective site management.
Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the procurement team.
Maintain site documentation, including DPRs, work permits, inspection reports, and quality records.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies.
Lead and mentor junior site engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in site execution within the Construction & Real Estate industry.
Proven experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, villa, or industrial construction projects.
Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural works,
