Voyage Institute of Technology is a leading Industrial Automation, Marine Automation, MEP, and Technical Skill Development institute dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in India and the GCC. We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in generating quality leads and strengthening our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate student enquiries and admissions.
Manage and update the institute's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Video Editor to develop marketing creatives.
Support the management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Assist in website content updates, SEO activities, and Google Business Profile management.
Respond to online enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective students.
Maintain lead data and coordinate with the Admissions Counselling team for lead conversion.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest cutting-edge marketing ideas.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
