About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Assistant who has a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of a CA practice and be capable of independently handling a wide range of professional assignments.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm (Mandatory)
Practical knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliances
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The candidate should be comfortable handling most of the work typically carried out in a Chartered Accountant firm, including:
Bookkeeping and accounting in Tally Prime
GST registration, return filing, reconciliations, and compliance
Income Tax Return preparation and filing
TDS computation, return filing, and related compliances




ROC/MCA compliances for Companies and LLPs
Bank, statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments
Preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
Client coordination and document collection
Handling government portal filings and registrations
Preparing reports, working papers, and compliance documentation
Assisting the Chartered Accountant in all professional assignments as required

Work Environment
Office-based role at our Palghar office.
Work From Home facility may be provided during genuine emergencies, subject to work requirements and management approval.
The candidate should be versatile and willing to undertake all types of professional work generally handled in a Chartered Accountant firm.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
