Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Microfinance Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving branch targets, ensuring timely collections, managing sales activities, and developing team members to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve branch business targets and profitability goals.
Monitor and improve sales performance and loan portfolio growth.
Ensure timely collection of repayments and maintain portfolio quality.
Supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Recruit, train, and mentor field staff and team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.




Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management.

Requirements
Plus two or Above
Experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work in a result-driven setting.
Willingness to travel locally when required.
