About the Role:

Bizfoc Business Solutions Private Limited is looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to manage corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance for our clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ROC compliances, Companies Act matters, and client advisory. The role also involves leading a team, ensuring timely statutory filings, and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end ROC compliances for clients under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare, review, and file various MCA e-Forms, including but not limited to AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, INC-20A, DPT-3, SH-7, MGT-14, and other applicable forms.
Draft Board Resolutions, Board Meeting Minutes, Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Notices, and other secretarial records.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory registers and records.




Provide advisory and compliance support to clients on company law and corporate governance matters.
Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal departments for compliance-related activities.
Handle company incorporations, LLP registrations, strike-off matters, and other corporate restructuring assignments.
Monitor changes in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates.
Lead, mentor, and manage the Compliance Team to ensure quality work and timely execution.
Allocate work, review deliverables, and support team members in resolving complex compliance matters.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) (Associate Member of ICSI preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience in ROC and secretarial compliances.
Solid knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA portal, and secretarial practices.
