Roles and Responsibilities
Hardware & Lab Support: Maintain computers, smart boards, projectors, printers, and biometric devices across classrooms and computer labs.
Network Administration: Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and internet bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted campus connectivity.
Software & ERP Management: Support school management software (ERP), student databases, and learning tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Security & Backups: Execute routine data backups, manage active directory user accounts,
and maintain antivirus/firewall protections.
Vendor & Asset Coordination: Keep an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and coordinate with outside vendors for hardware repairs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Solid hands-on troubleshooting for Windows/macOS operating systems, networking basics, and CCTV systems.
Soft Skills: Patient communication style to assist non-technical teachers, staff, and students.
