Role Summary

LexEDA Infra is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations, statutory compliance activities, and ISO documentation management. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, PF/ESI coordination, and organizational compliance processes. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of supporting both employees and management in a fast-paced IT infrastructure workplace.

Success in this role will be measured through efficient hiring processes, accurate employee documentation, smooth HR operations, proper statutory compliance coordination, successful audit support, and robust employee relations across the organization.

This position plays an key role in supporting LexEDA Infra’s operational growth by ensuring structured HR processes, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting quality management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination,



and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate attendance management, leave tracking, and employee documentation
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
Support employee engagement and workplace improvement initiatives
Coordinate employee performance review processes
Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution activities
Coordinate training and development programs for employees
Prepare HR reports and maintain organizational records PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance
Coordinate PF and ESI registration, documentation, and compliance activities
Maintain employee statutory records and related documentation
Coordinate payroll-related documentation and compliance requirements
Ensure timely submission and maintenance of
