Job Summary :

The BTL Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating below-the-line marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. This role manages on-ground activations, events, promotions, retail marketing, dealer engagement, and local marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand execution.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and brand activation events.
Manage retail visibility, in-store branding.




Coordinate with sales teams to design local and regional marketing programs that increase customer acquisition and retention.
Identify, appoint, and manage event agencies, vendors, and promotional partners.
Prepare and manage BTL marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all offline marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with digital, product, and trade marketing teams to integrate online and offline campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify prospects for creative marketing initiatives.
Train and supervise promoters, field marketing executives, and event staff as required.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
