Description
WOOD is hiring for HR Administrator role for Gurugram Location.

Responsibilities
Manage employee enrollment, updates, and terminations across various benefit programs, including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual benefits reports, dashboards
Maintain accurate benefits data within HR systems and ensure timely updates to employee records.
Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documents, work instructions, and knowledge management repositories.
Coordinate with payroll teams to process benefit-related deductions, adjustments, reconciliations, and error corrections.
Manage UK benefits administration activities, including vendor invoice validation, processing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Ensure timely payment of perks invoices and collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Perform regular audits of advantages data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
Support benefits renewals,



annual enrollment activities, and employee benefit communication initiatives.
Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to advantages, eligibility, coverage, deductions, and enrollment status.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners, payroll teams, finance teams, and external perk providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor service delivery performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and operational controls.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Utilize Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, and reporting tools for analysis and reporting.

Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
