About the Role We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead the scoping, planning and delivery of technology and business systems projects across the group. This is a hands-on delivery role, not a coordination role. You will take loosely defined business problems, convert them into clear scope and a credible proposal, then personally configure and deliver the solution through to a stable go-live.

The word "technical" in the title is deliberate. You'll be the person in the room with vendors and internal specialists who actually understands the solution being discussed, not someone relying on others to interpret the detail.

What You'll Own

- Scoping & proposals — run discovery, define requirements, and produce proposals, plans and budgets that stand up to executive approval without being redone.
- Hands-on HubSpot delivery — pipelines, custom properties and objects, workflows, lists, forms and reporting, configured personally, not delegated to an agency.
- Technical implementation — lead SaaS implementations end to end: requirements, configuration,



UAT, data migration and cutover. Read specifications and data models critically, and validate migration results yourself rather than accepting a vendor's word for it.
- Vendor management — attend design sessions as a technical counterpart, challenge weak solutions before they're built, and sign off delivered work based on your own verification.
- Portfolio delivery — run 2–3 active builds at a time, plus 4–6 initiatives in discovery or post-go-live support (3 active builds is the ceiling).

Initial projects:

- A SimPRO-to-HubSpot integration delivered with an external partner — you own scoping, specification validation, testing, cutover and technical assurance.
- A partner platform rollout involving HubSpot, a PRM tool and a customer portal, to a fixed date.
- Ongoing CRM data quality and reporting work.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Hands-on HubSpot experience — genuine configuration depth across pipelines, custom properties/objects, workflows, lists, forms and reporting. You've owned and reshaped a portal yourself. (Using HubSpot purely as a sales user, or only raising change requests with an agency, doesn't qualify.)
- SaaS implementation delivery — end-to-end platform implementations: requirements through configuration, UAT,



data migration and cutover.
- CRM data modelling — objects, associations and property design.
- Integration literacy — able to read a specification and validate field mappings critically. You don't need to build APIs, but you need to hold your own in a technical design session.
- Independent data validation and reconciliation.
- Business-fluent written English and a proven track record delivering remotely.
- 5 years of PM experience - Five years is ideal

Nice to have:

- Field service or job management platforms
- BI, SQL or reporting experience
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Asana
- PRINCE2, PMP or AgilePM
- Sector exposure in construction, trades, medical devices, aged care or disability services

We will not screen out strong candidates for lacking our specific stack beyond HubSpot — the rest is learnable. First 90 Days — What Success Looks Like

- Working independently across the core platform stack
- Portfolio handover complete, with a status position you've validated yourself
- Reporting cadence running under your ownership
- One scoping exercise taken through to a draft proposal

The test: hand you a loose problem, get back a credible scope, plan and estimate.
