Role Description The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring for technical and product roles, partnering directly with startup founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and build high-performing teams. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vadodara and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing targeted sourcing strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, conducting structured interviews,



and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

The Senior Technical

Recruiter will also contribute to recruiting process design, data-driven reporting, and best practices for interview training and stakeholder alignment. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, high-quality hires for fast-moving, venture-backed startups.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with the ability to manage multiple searches across technical and product domains.
- Strong background in Technical Recruiting and Hiring, including experience filling roles in software engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, product, and related fields.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders, and to represent client brands effectively.
- Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools, along with data-driven approaches to track pipelines, metrics, and hiring outcomes.
- Proven experience working with high-growth or startup environments, preferably supporting venture-backed companies.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
