We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, robust scripting skills, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure, and well-governed platform solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows,



and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC as needed
Build and maintain Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, ACLs, and script includes
Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
Create and maintain Service Portal widgets and custom UI components
Participate in platform upgrades, ensuring custom code and configurations remain compatible
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot defects across development, test, and production instances
Collaborate with architects and admins on data model design, ACL/security architecture, and performance optimization
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including spri
