Description
Monitor operations through dashboards, GPS systems, and operational applications in real time.
Track fleet movement, field activities, and operational KPIs.
Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and regional managers to resolve operational issues.
Escalate critical incidents, delays, and exceptions to the concerned stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of operational alerts and incidents.
Prepare and circulate daily operational reports, dashboards, and MIS.
Monitor SLA adherence and identify operational deviations.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, escalations, and resolutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Maintenance, Safety, Security, and IT for operational support.
Support emergency response activities during critical operational situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance operational efficiency.
Support shift handovers by providing complete operational updates.
