Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Partner Relationship Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for freshers eager to kick-start their career in relationship management and business development. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our existing partners and onboarding current ones, playing a crucial role in the expansion of our partner network.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain Relationships: Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.
Onboard New Partners:



Identify potential partners and manage the onboarding process to expand our network.
Support Partners: Address partner inquiries and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to align partner needs with our services.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on partner activities, feedback, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience is not required but can be considered if within the budget.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
