We are looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon in Kozhikode.

The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling abilities, valuable communication skills, and the ability to ensure excellent customer service and smooth salon operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise, coordinate, and motivate salon staff.
Handle customer interactions, feedback, and service-related concerns.
Ensure high standards of customer service and salon hygiene.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work allocation.
Coordinate appointments and manage customer flow efficiently.
Support the team in achieving salon sales and service targets.
Maintain inventory of salon products and coordinate stock requirements.
Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities.
Ensure salon policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements




Previous experience in salon management or a similar managerial role is preferred.
Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
Positive proficiency in English and Malayalam.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a professional approach.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced salon setting.
