Lead Role

1. Clear end-to-end capability ownership. Data/Distributionwith accountability spanning strategy, technology roadmap, delivery, production health and talent.
2. India leadership, but global accountability. The global technology leaders located in India, jointly accountable with US/global counterparts for outcomes, priorities, architecture and execution.
3. Critical to the global operating model. This role is to establish clear decision rights, distributed ownership and seamless execution across locations, reducing handoffs and location-based silos.
4. Build strategic capability, not just capacity. Their mandate should explicitly move the GCC up the value chainfrom executing requirements to owning products/platforms, architecture, engineering decisions, domain expertise and innovation continued growth on meaningful ownership locally.
5. Solid leadership foundation for scale. As the GCC grows, these roles provide the domain depth and leadership leverage needed to scale. They should build the next layer of engineering managers, architects, engineers and domain SMEs.

Head of Data / Distribution Tech Should architect an investment data ecosystem supporting investments, operations and distribution-golden sources, semantic layers, APIs and AI capabilities.

Build a data/product engineering capability in India that global teams view as strategic rather than an offshore execution team.

Data and distribution cut across investments, operations, product and client organizations. How would you establish a global operating model with clear ownership, governance and execution accountability while allowing teams in different regions to move quickly.

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise and Educational Requirements *Please note,



these requirements will be used to advance or disqualify candidates and must be objective and measurable. Proven leadership and people skills with experience of building and leading technology teams. A university degree from a well-respected academic institution, and/or other professional certifications are a plus.

Knowledge of Asset Management - Data & Distribution. At least 10 years’ experience developing enterprise class applications using .NET and C#, particularly distributed and Cloud applications. Full stack development experience including Java, C#, SQL, HTML5, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.

Working knowledge of SOLID principles, 12-Factor App, and design patterns. Strong experience working in Agile Scrum. Strong ability to design, code, and debug applications in various software languages.

Proven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed timeframes.
